Shipping policy
ON HAND PROCESS:
Products labeled as "ON HAND" in the description will ship out within 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS! All items are shipped via USPS PRIORITY MAIL with 1-2 DAY SHIPPING. Items that say “Only __ amount on hand anything after preorder” are likely no longer on hand. We tend to sell out quickly, often within the first 5 minutes on Drop Day!
PREORDER PROCESS:
Each item is handmade and uniquely crafted for you. This process typically takes 2-6 weeks, depending on the item(s) in your order. Items such as tees usually have shorter production times, while more detailed pieces take longer to perfect. Please allow an additional week for processing. Once completed, your order will arrive within 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS.
If an item is labeled as a PREORDER, customers must agree to the Terms and Conditions by checking the box before completing their purchase. You cannot finalize a preorder without acknowledging this. Details about shipping times will be clearly outlined in your order confirmation email.
By purchasing a PREORDERED item, you agree to wait for the specified duration of the production process. For updates, follow our Instagram: @Vertexgallery, where we post progress updates regularly. Emails about order progress will not be answered until the bulk production for the product is completed and ready for shipping.
IMPORTANT POLICIES:
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Shipment costs are based on weight.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
REFUNDS / EXCHANGES:
All sales are FINAL, including preorders. Refunds and chargebacks will not be accepted for items labeled as PREORDER since customers must agree to the Terms and Conditions before purchase.
Refunds or exchanges will only be considered if an item is shown to be defective or damaged within 1 week of delivery. For assistance, please contact us via the Contact Us page on our website.
